Countryside Granary cottage with access to indoor pool & spa

The Granary is a spacious newly renovated modern house with beautiful views over the local countryside.

Shaw is a small village located in Wiltshire close to the famous town of Lacock and 20 minutes from the city of Bath.

The house is set over two floors and boasts of a brand-new kitchen with integrated appliances and a dedicated utility room. The house has an open-plan sitting room and dining area, perfect for entertaining.

The living room features a restored Bath stone fireplace and reading nook, perfect for cozy countryside stays.

On the ground floor, you will also find the master bedroom which features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub.

The remaining 3 en-suite bedrooms are located on the first floor and feature a mixture of king and double beds.

As you enter the property on the ground floor there is a cloakroom bathroom with a dedicated dog wash area.

At both the front and rear of the house, guests will find comfortable outdoor seating areas perfect for the summer months,

Guests will have access to the entire property along with a private rear lockable courtyard.

To the rear of the property, there is a shared garden with BBQ area. This is shared with one other holiday rental unit.

Included in your stay is exclusive access to a luxurious indoor spa suite with heated pool, sauna, steam room pre-bookable for 2 hours per day.

Guests also have access to a shared games room with air hockey, table football, magnetic dart board and arcade console game table.

Location

The space is located in Shaw which is a small village in Wilshire.

The village boasts excellent local restaurants, notably The Pear Tree at Whitley and Il Vello D'Oro at The Golden Fleece. As well as a fantastic Farm Shop, Lowden, which has a range of global delicacies.

A short drive from the village will take you to world heritage site Lacock (5 minutes drive), known for its magnificent abbey which is known to many as one of the filming sights for the famous Hogwarts in Harry Potter.

Guests are also a short distance from the UNESCO city of Bath (20 minutes drive) famous for its Georgian architecture, Roman thermal baths, 16th century Abbey, Royal Crescent, The Circus, and many top-class bars, restaurants, and cultural sights.

The apartment is set within a private residential development off the main Bath Road which connects to nearby major towns and cities of Chippenham, Bath, and onto the M4 for connections to London and Bristol.

There is ample free off-street parking available at the property for guests arriving by car.

Local railway stations of Melksham and Chippenham are a short distance from the apartment and offer quick connections to Bath, Bristol, London, and more.

Pool & Spa Facilities

The properties have access to a luxurious pool and spa suite featuring indoor heated pool, sauna and steam room.

Guests can enjoy private access to the spa suite which is available between 10am-6pm.

Included in your stay at the property is a daily 2 hour slot pre-bookable in advance.
